Long weekend ahead -- I'm fairly computer restricted at home (don't care to annoy the wife more than I have to), so I probably won't be at the keyboard writing. However, there's other, older media I can jot out a word or two on...
Current project: A story that will tie Inheritance and Heartcry together. No deadline on this one, so I will take it a bit slower and self-edit a bit deeper than I usually have time for. I have the start down, and the mental film of the tale in mind with the middle somewhat hazy. That is where the unknown slides in -- I get some really sweet little twisties in my stories when it sits that way while I write them.
Haven't heard about my subs yet. Fingers getting cramped from holding them crossed for so long....
Anyone read Casca? I love that eternal theme.
Heroes. Why wasn't the revealing of Adam as Hiro's past hero a surprise? Besides being a healer, he is clearly an immortal. Be good to see what they will make of this.
Worldcon. I believe I will make that one, and if anyone reading my poor little journal plans to attend, find the Hadley Rille Books table/room/however it will be set up. Be good to meet the faces behind the words...
Anyway, off to more mundane efforts -- gotta go watch Evan Almighty!
Will.
