Well, made it to 3350  3420 3575 words so far, and writing in the final scene.  Perhaps I might get it done in rough early enough to workshop it.  Next 5 days I'll be away from a computer though.  Maybe I'll bring a pad and see if I remember how to handwrite.

I'll show further progress by the legthening line of strikeout numbers....

Good progress.

Handwriting is fun; I do a lot while cooking and doing laundry. Although last time while I was multitasking, the clothes all got wrinkled in the dryer.

Well....I can get a couple pages down, but quickly the writing flattens, levels out, becoming an eroded line with obscure meaning.

Kinda hard to get meaning from a wriggly line.

I write by hand at lunch quite a bit. Sometimes editing by hand, sometimes new material -- it can give a nice change in perspective. Good luck with the final scene!

See! Another keeping those special muscles tones, and keeping a dying art alive!

Thanks! It's the moody wrap up. It does lokk like it'll hit around 4k words when done.

I'm sure the craft of handwriting will cooperate, but perhaps the muscles in the hand won't. Last time I tried it for more than a page or two, it hurt! *G*

And that's it. I am there myself.

I handwrite revisions, and often even rewrites. The practice comes in handy when proctoring tests or on trips.

I handwrite to a point -- but my writing suffers the longer I do. Penmanship has NEVER been my strong point - many ancient school report cards will verify that!

As long as you can read it who cares. Though I write more than half my letters in manuscript instead of cursive, only because I can read it better later then.

Ummm...who said I could read it? That's one of the things lost when I longhand anything. Gotta print it to read it.

Oddly enough, there are times that I get into a strange artistic kinda mood, and my writing is fluid and clear. It looks a lot like my mothers -- but that doesn't last long. Also when I fake lefty-write it is very clear.

What's up with THAT, I wonder? I think I only have one personality...
